Zhejiang Oma Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was founded as Huangyan No.9 Chemical Factory in 1991. Now, Oma is a pharmaceutical & chemical enterprise specializing in producing pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs, with self-support import and export authority. It has begun to take shape of a garden industrial enterprise with registered funds of RMB 10.18 million, a total area of 28,000 M2, a building area of 14,500 M2 and a green area of 5,000 M2. Oma received ISO9001 Quality System Certification in 2000; we became an ISO14000 approved company in 2005. In 2001, Oma was named as one of ten enterprises of Taizhou Municipality Environment Protection Ten-Goodness Enterprise by Taizhou Municipality People's Government

Oma now mainly produces Guanine, Guanine Hydrochloride, 2, 9-Diacetyl Guanine, Xanthine, Tioguanine, 1, 4-diacetoxy-2-oxabutane, 2, 9-DIACETYL ACYCLOVIR, and so on. 90% at least of products are well sold to more than 10 countries and districts such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia and Japan etc.

oma lays great stresses on the importance of environment protection and security. Through adopting the leading methods and equipment, we are working hard for reducing the discharging of wastes. Oma invested over RMB 3 million in building a standard sewage treatment system, which can meet the first grade discharging standard of China.
